The course will also explore the relevance and medical-legal impact of pre-existing injuries, degeneration, exacerbations and temporary verses permanent injuries. This presentation will include how a significant injury impacts your case, how the building of your case begins with the patient’s first treatment and what the doctor should and should not be doing to both help and avoid hurting your case.
